Prices
All prices are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Florida residents are subject to state sales tax of 7%

Payment
Wheel Executives accepts cash, certified check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal payments. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped. Special order items must be paid in full before the item will be ordered. We do not accept personal checks at this time

Shipping
All goods will be shipped by DHL, UPS or FedEx unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's request. COD is not accepted at this time.

Wheel Executives delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify Wheel Executives and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Wheel Executives before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.

Warranty
Wheel Executives guarantees that its products are of the highest quality. The majority of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed onto the customer. Please ask for your sales associate for more info on your specific product.

Wheel Executives disclaims all liability caused by use of our products. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that parts used on their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of our products. We are not responsible for any liability or losses which occur. All products carry manufacturer's warranty only.


Return Policy
Wheel Executives will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact your salesperson or the customer service department. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
