ADV.1 MANUFACTURING PROCESS / MATERIALS
The manufacturing process utilized by ADV.1 is very extensive and detailed. This is not an aspect of the business that we claim to do "in house" as many wheel brands do. Wheel manufacturing is not to be taken lightly, nor to experiment with in an effort to reduce cost. The failure of an improperly built wheel can lead to the death or injury of an innocent person or persons. Unfortunately the aftermarket wheel industry is not required to test, or obtain special licenses or inspections in order to make wheels. This has led to an influx of aftermarket wheel companies, offering low quality, un-tested, and potentially unsafe wheels to many private label brands who sell these wheels to the end user.

We're proud to say that we DO NOT and WILL NOT EVER machine, or assemble our own wheels. This process is only fit for an established company who has been machining wheels for many years and has learned what not to do, and what works through trial and error, testing, and millions of dollars in development. Our machining facility has been in business for over 30 years, and is responsible for manufacturing both aftermarket and OEM wheels for some of the leading, and most trusted companies in the industry. We're proud to have a company like this behind us, and we're confident that every set is assembled and machined correctly. Our team has been in the industry for years, and has seen the dangerous results of improper machining and assembly. Although ADV.1 wheels cost us substantially more than they could had we chose to machine our own wheels or to outsource them to a backyard, unqualified private label company - the additional expense is well worth it in knowing that they are built correctly and will be safe for the end user for many years.

Bottom line, ADV.1 wheels are well built, tested, and manufactured by professionals who have been making wheels for many years. The wheels utilize some of the most technologically advanced machining processes available, and are built by trained professionals.
